US Markets ended in red, Banking stocks pulled down markets. DOW closes below 8000 3rd time since the start of the year. Nifty continues to be range bound between 2680-2860. No trend has emerged yet.

* Bank of England , European Central Bank review their monetary policy todays, BOE expected to cut interest rates.
* Bank of America fell 11% yesterday to 4.70, its lowest close since Nov. 1, 1990, and off about 90% from its peak.
* Tata Motors fails to pay vendors, suppliers, company facing severe credit crunch.
* Kazaksthan Central bank allows its currency, the tenge, to fall 18% as financial crisis has caused big pains to it economy.
* Nasscom lowers IT services exports growth to 17% in FY09.
