Market Outlook:
US Markets had a volatile session last night, in the end closed in positive. Nifty range bound trade hasn't given a break out yet. There is very less participation in markets and volumes are very low. Market is not getting any sort of triggers yet to make a decisive move.

* Oil falls to $45 , near 4 year lows.
* Bank of England and European Central Bank are expected to slash interest rates in todays meet to bolster the Eurozone economies.
* Dollar vs Yen at 93 levels. A breach of of current levels on the lower side will be a bad sign.
* Congress Briefed by US Auto Firms on Revamp Plans.
* Indian Government readies Rs 75,000 crore economy booster.
* Auto Markers are cutting down prices to clear the current inventory.
* India's GDP to grow at 6.5 pct in 2008/09 says UBS.
